We collect: Account information (e.g., name, email), Uploaded datasets (e.g., FASTQ, BAM, VCF, metadata), System logs necessary for security and performance monitoring.

3. Data Storage & Location

Uploaded data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Data may be processed in regions where the Company or its subprocessors operate.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded datasets are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or as specified by the user. Users may request deletion of their data at any time. Deletion requests are completed within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
